What would you guys suggest for me to take anime shows like Bleach and Naruto and convert them from their original .avi format to an iPod touch (it views video in 16:9 format) .mp4 file?

Ive seen a buch of freeware stuff for PC, but im also looking for a Mac compatible one.

Also the more free it is the better.

Best video convert I know is Any Video Converter, it can convert to mp4 too. 100% free.
