My bench press is low for my body weight because I just started working out again after one year off. Before I quit, I was 200 lbs with a 300 lb BP, 345 lb Squat, and 395 lb DL.
Bench press is a poor predictor of overall strength. It looks like if any of the numbers go up, so does the power level. So if someone were 20" tall, weighed 500 lbs, was 100 years old, and benched 5 lbs, heʻd have a power level of 12.5.
