fun absolutly! Think of it like an adult form of Yugioh. You are basicly God and you control an army. You make your strategy, and attack or defend and play spells. To actually play members online you have to actually buy an account which is around 14$ a month. If youd like more information on this, the website is found here: http://wizards.com/magic/

you are given 5 colors to choose from
Red (Mountain)- Chaos
Green(Forest) - Nature/growth
White(Plains) - Life
Black(Swamp) - Death
Blue(Island) - Control

each of these colors can be combined....since of course you are God There are to methods of winning:
1) players start out with 20 life. the first one to drop to 0 loses
2) players control a deck compsed of 60 cards (in a normal match) he player to run out of cards first losses

to play ANY spell, you must have land. Consider this the cost of playing a spell. Be cautioned tho, play any MORE then the amount of the spell and you will take damage for each land that you played above the actual cost of the card. (for example, Loxidon warhammer costs 3 to play, if you pay 4 mana and dont do anything with the extra land that you used you lose 1 life)
