Sometimes programs can't process other laguages, manly the one's that arn't written in with that latin alpabeht. So really It don't matter weither the computor can identify them but weither the program it's self can. Altho this is just my theory.

10001001100100111000101001001100 = 13 bits
Now lets use math!
1TB = 1,024 GB = 1,048,576 MB = 1,073,741,824 KB = 1,099,511,627,776 Bytes = 8,796,093,022,208 bits. I pity the fool who thinks a terabyte isn't alot of space, 'cause I highly doubt that they're willing to write atleast 8 trillion one's...
I'm going to be off for a while due to tests. Cya later.
