Anyway back to the point of the topic, I think that it would be pointless, por example someone like me who doesn't post that much, but who's posts are well rounded and thought out (Me being so very modest there), will have a low ranking. Surly can't you just look at your posts anyway.

well it doesn't have to revolve around the number of posts though does it, for example it can be based upon a persons reputation among the forums community meaning they are keeping themselves more active therefore not leading to spamming

Oh my god Blizz, lay off him for once, actually there you were picking on him, people are aloud to change their opinion. They don't have to stay with it till they die. What actually happened was that he took the reasonable points that other people make and that realised that his point of view was wrong. Maybe he's actually someone who doesn't really think about his opinion very hard and so when faults are pointed out, that he didn't think of, of coarse his mind will change.

Looking at what he has been saying about rep, all I've seen that is he's only moned about the bad points of the rep system.

Also you clearly don't know the meaning of the word hypocritical. All he's doing is changing his mind. It's not like he's now going around telling everyone else that actually everyone who thinks otherwise is wrong.
Unlike you might I add, who rants at him when he thinks one way, and rants at him when he thinks the other.

Oh and edit:- Ich, please stop throwing the emo around, not everyone likes everyone, it's a fact of life.
