anyone else having a problem like this
"Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." or is it messed up on my side of the connection?

It may just be that they are updating the site so they had to take it down ( it is strange though ) or may be the FED cought on and closed all access due to copy right laws ( Although they would give a warning.).
Maybe you should ask GoldenWolf, he is only and he is an admin, i think

True but it is still strange that it actually says forbidden, usually it would just give an error rather than outright forbidding the whole site
