It may just be that they are updating the site so they had to take it down ( it is strange though ) or may be the FED cought on and closed all access due to copy right laws ( Although they would give a warning.).

Maybe you should ask GoldenWolf, he is only and he is an admin, i think

And I dont think they shutdown the site. there are alot more anime sites so they will get to themm first

True but it is still strange that it actually says forbidden, usually it would just give an error rather than outright forbidding the whole site
